Cheesy Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 350 Gram Shrimp, cleaned (without head but with shell)
  • 50 Gram Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 6 Medium Garlic clove
  • 20 Gram Ginger, julienned
  • 50 Gram Green onion, thinly sliced (about 4 stems, separate the stem head and the leaves)
